Description : Each of us is the piece of the puzzle and each of us helps to set in place other important pieces ’’. - Neil L .20th May 2023/Pragyan International School organized Puzzle gaming competition for classes III to V,The event saw students enthusiastically exploring the given clues to find answers that would fit in the grid.Crossword solving, as an activity, has multifarious advantages. It not only helps in stimulating logical reasoning but also helps in increasing vocabulary and improving spelling skills. It also helps in learning to collate words, look out for patterns and find similar words. The crossword puzzle helped to improve the students’ understanding of concepts, vocabulary and to develop word recognition. Students were divided into five groups and were given 30 minutes to solve the crossword. A total of __ students participated in the activity. Overall it was a good learning experience for the students.Ultimately, it helps in better inference and thereby, better linguistic and communication skills. The activity was a great success with the vivacious participation of students.
