Our Mock Parliament

Parliament today marked another high point with the launch of Parliament learning resources that will maximise the Parliament’s contact to students and youth overall. Experience based learning deliver following significant benefits to children.

• There is the pedagogic value of gaining substantive knowledge.
• There is the development or attainment of particular skills foremost among these is time management, communication and problem solving skills.
• The third benefit is ‘self-development’. The most noticeable aspect of this is self- confidence. Students learn how to muddle through in a challenging environment.
• The fourth advantage is instrumental and that is in terms of employability.
